 Heather Langston is the owner of The Langston Agency and has proudly served Southwest Florida since opening her agency in 2020. Originally from Fayetteville, Arkansas, Heather graduated from the University of Arkansas before beginning her career in accounting and human resources. After years of vacationing along Florida's Gulf Coast, she and her husband, Rob, relocated to Fort Myers in 2016. Shortly after, she entered the insurance industry and discovered a passion for helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Heather founded The Langston Agency with a commitment to providing honest guidance, personalized insurance solutions, and exceptional customer service. She believes in educating her clients so they can make confident decisions and takes pride in building lasting relationships through trust and referrals. Heather is also proud of the dedicated team she has built, knowing their professionalism and commitment help create a welcoming experience for every client. She looks forward to continuing to serve the community and helping clients with all of their insurance needs.  

 Tess Brennan is a dedicated third-generation insurance and real estate professional who has called the area home for 24 years. Originally from Indiana, Tess and her husband relocated after her graduation from Purdue University, and they have since become deeply involved in their local community. As a mom of a local high school student, Tess has a personal investment in the success and well-being of her neighbors. Her background as an Exceptional Student Education (ESE) teacher adds a unique, compassionate perspective to her approach. With extensive experience in both insurance and real estate, Tess is known for her attention to detail, thorough contract knowledge, and commitment to exceptional customer service. She strives to exceed her clients’ expectations, offering professional guidance and support every step of the way.
